Terms of Service – Dental Membership The Smiling Club
By purchasing the Dental Membership The Smiling Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Services
This membership provides access to selected dental services, discounts, and benefits as described at the time of purchase. Services are subject to availability and may require scheduling.
2. Eligibility
Membership is valid only for the individual who purchased it and is non-transferable.
3. Payment & Renewal
The membership is billed annually at the time of purchase. If auto-renewal is enabled, the membership will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the customer.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once purchased, the membership is non-refundable, whether or not services have been used.
6. Use of Services
All services must be used within the active membership period. Unused services do not roll over to future periods.
7. Changes to Membership
The company reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms at any time. Any changes will not affect the current active membership period.
8. Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of membership services.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing this membership, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
Términos y Servicios – Membresía Dental The Smiling Club
Al adquirir la Membresía Dental The Smiling Club, el cliente acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones:
1. Servicios de la Membresía
Esta membresía ofrece acceso a servicios dentales seleccionados, descuentos y beneficios según se describe al momento de la compra. Los servicios están sujetos a disponibilidad y pueden requerir cita previa.
2. Elegibilidad
La membresía es válida únicamente para la persona que la adquiere y es no transferible.
3. Pago y Renovación
La membresía se cobra de forma anual al momento de la compra. Si la renovación automática está activada, la membresía se renovará automáticamente al final de cada período, a menos que el cliente la cancele.
4. Política de Cancelación
El cliente puede cancelar en cualquier momento. La cancelación evita renovaciones futuras, pero no genera reembolso del período actual.
5. Política de No Reembolso
Todas las ventas son finales. La membresía es no reembolsable, haya sido utilizada o no.
6. Uso de los Servicios
Los servicios deben utilizarse dentro del período activo de la membresía. Los servicios no utilizados no se acumulan para períodos futuros.
7. Cambios en la Membresía
La empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar beneficios, precios o términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios no afectarán el período activo ya pagado.
8. Limitación de Responsabilidad
La empresa no se hace responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes relacionados con el uso de la membresía.
9. Aceptación de los Términos
Al comprar esta membresía, el cliente acepta estos Términos y Servicios.
